Since the book was published I have found these aircraft wreck sites:
Cherokee near Esk Hause map ref: NY 23001 07939, NY 23018 07879 & NY 23004 07890
The site is close to the route of Walk 18.
B-17 on Skiddaw map ref: NY 25872 28742 by path from Skiddaw to Carlside, on Walk 8
Wellington on Burn Tod map ref: NY 28691 32967, very small fragments above beck.
The nearest walk in the book is Walk 11. The site is 900m west of Knott.
